With electric vehicles now steadily becoming nomenclature in global attempts towards carbon neutrality, the commercial vehicle sector is accelerating its transition towards electric vehicles. However, there are some concerns when it comes to brining this technology within segments requiring much more fire power, namely the construction vehicle segment. With companies such as Volvo Construction Equipment, and Caterpillar, two construction equipment conglomerates entering into this market, this segment now can be seen to be gaining some traction as well, especially in China and the United States of America.
